MEET US AT METRO CONNECT EUROPE IN AMSTERDAM

Our CEO, Michael Ourabah will be a featured speaker at this years’ Metro Connect Europe, which is taking place from the 12th – 13th September in Amsterdam.

Capacity Metro Connect markets itself as the only C-Level meeting for Europe’s fibre industry to advance communications infrastructure & convergence opportunities.

On the 12th September, Michael will feature alongside Hunter Newby from Newby Ventures, Cogent Communication’s Vincent Teissier and Annette Murphy from Zayo Group to compare fibre networks in Europe, Asia and the US, and if there are any lessons to be learnt from regions outside Europe.

They will discuss what lessons European carriers can learn from those in Asia and the US, where Europe stands in comparison to these two regions, and who is likely to expand their footprint in Europe. The speakers will also discuss if energy and fibre collaborations have been successful in Europe.

With Brexit developing further each day, many large firms and financial institutions are moving their headquarters or moving their workforce to major financial hubs in Europe, including Frankfurt and Paris.

On the other side of the world, many are taking the leap and expanding into emerging markets across Asia, raising interesting discussion points about the pressure on carriers to remain agile and proactive.
