Your role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the operational and administrative aspects of our Project Management team. The role involves facilitating seamless communication, ensuring efficient coordination, and maintaining accurate records to streamline the management of customer requests, service cessation, and supplier contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers regarding the cessation of services they have requested.
- Organize the shipping and return of hardware from customers or core sites.
- Issue cease notices to suppliers for underlying services.
- Create tickets for internal teams to act on service cessation.
- Update and close supplier contracts in our Odoo database accordingly.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure the proper conclusion of customer billing and supplier accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Field and Network Engineers, Finance, and Legal, to facilitate smooth processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and actions taken.
Skills & Qualities:
- Experience: 6–12 months of experience in a telecom environment, with exposure to project coordination or similar roles.
- Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Odoo, and basic knowledge of supplier contract management.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
