Michael Ourabah is BSO's CEO. Michael is responsible for all aspects of BSO's business globally.
Since graduating with a Master’s Degree in Science and Technology, Charles-Antoine has founded six companies and invested in many others, all of which are within the IT and telecoms sector.
Fraser is responsible for BSO’s strategic sales and marketing functions. With a wealth of experience building and running high performance global commercial teams, Fraser brings a modern approach to developing the best client experience.
A true believer in the clarity of goals, targets and teamwork, whilst ensuring the client is front and centre as the business meets its strategic objectives. Fraser has been at BSO for 12 years and along with the executive team has been instrumental in the implementation of the global vision.
Emmanuel is responsible for BSO’s global operations and helped guide the company through a period of impressive and sustained growth.
Driving company efficiency worldwide, Emmanuel helps implement BSO’s business development strategy by maintaining and evolving the processes that support our growth ambitions.
Emmanuel is an industry veteran, with successful experience with BT-Radianz, Atrium Network (Co-Founder and COO), Nasdaq and Enyx FPGA (Co- Founder and Board Member).
Stephen is responsible for BSO’s product strategy as well as areas of commercial operations and planning.
Stephen joined BSO when it acquired IX Reach in 2019, where he was the Founder and Chairman. He brings 20 years of executive experience and has helped to guide the company's strategy with the integration, further enhancing BSO's product portfolio and platform development.
Stephen is a well-known thought leader and active contributor to numerous working groups, research projects and industry advisory boards.
Laurence brings a unique skill set across technology, finance, and strategy. She is confidently building on our strong performance over the last few years and continue successfully executing BSO's strategic plan, delivering significant value as we enter our next phase of growth.

Amel Mellah is the Chief Legal Officer at BSO. In this role, Amel oversees the company’s Legal, Administrative, Litigation, Process management and Regulatory functions, including corporate governance and underlying rights.
With a Specialization in Public Business Law, Amel has significant and diverse experience acquired within large private companies and major French government bodies, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice, where she collaborated in 2010 on the Application Chain Project Supporting the Operational Information System for Criminal Procedure.
Attorney at Law, Amel holds a dual university education acquired in two countries and masters three languages.
Alexandre Legrix is BSO’s Global Systems and Managed Services Director, based in Paris. Alex joined BSO in 2015, during which time he has contributed greatly to the development of BSO’s cloud and hosting services worldwide.
Alex’s role is to lead an effective Global Systems team covering engineering, managed services, global monitoring and service delivery across BSO’s vast ecosystem of data centres. Alex also runs the research and development function, developing automation and building new systems.
Alex has 14 years’ experience with various hosting and managed services providers including Zenexity, eliSoft and Magic Online. He is Redhat Openstack qualified and an experienced entrepreneur, having previously been a part of telecommunications start-up Euro Web. Alex is known for his positive attitude and customer-centric approach. Alex studied Physics at the University Institute of Technology (IUT), Caen.
Callum McGowan joined BSO as Director of RF Networks in December 2017 and is based out of BSO’s New Jersey office. His role is to lead BSO’s RF network strategy and implementation, supporting major financial customers with their low-latency connectivity needs.
He has over 30 years’ experience in the RF technology industry, starting as an apprentice radio technician with the New Zealand Post Office, and progressively moving into senior systems engineering and sales and marketing roles through the South Pacific and North America. Adept at understanding both client and business needs, Callum is a respected, dedicated member of the BSO team.Educated in Radio Theory and Business from the Central Institute of Technology in Wellington, Callum is renowned in the industry for building market-leading low-latency RF paths.

Mike Bauer is Pre-Sales Director and is based in London. Mike joined BSO in 2014 and played a key role in the development of the Pre-Sales team.
Its mission is to direct the activities of pre-sales engineers, to improve the international network of BSO, to research and recommend technical solutions to meet the needs of our customers. After 20 years of experience at BT Radianz as a pre-sales engineer, he joined BSO.
He is a highly motivated, dedicated and respected member of his team. Mike holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Manchester. He is passionate about sailing and canoeing. He is bilingual English and German.
Thomas Lanaute is BSO’s Sales Director for Europe and is based in Paris. Thomas joined the company in 2014 and heads up the sales operations across France and the rest of Europe.
Thomas’s role is to oversee a team of sales executives responsible for growing BSO’s expanding client base and uncovering new opportunities in both established and undeveloped markets. Thomas has over 18 years’ sales experience in the telecoms industry, having previously worked at TMX Atrium, Cable & Wireless and BT Radianz.
Thomas has contributed to the recent transformation of client services and BSO’s product portfolio in Europe. He works tirelessly to ensure his customers are satisfied, holding close relationships with clients at all levels.
Thomas studied Marketing and Business at ISC Business School in Paris.

Steve McConnell is BSO’s Sales Director for the Americas, heading up the sales operations in the region. Steve joined BSO in 2016 and has been instrumental in building and growing the business in the U.S.
Steve’s role is to establish and oversee a team of sales executives responsible for growing BSO’s client base in America, uncovering new client and partner opportunities for the company.
Steve has 19 years’ sales experience in the telecommunications industry, including roles at Hibernia Networks and Reliance Globalcom (formerly Yipes). Steve’s approach is considered, professional and driven, and he builds effective relationships with clients, colleagues and partners.
Steve studied at Villanova University in Pennsylvania.

Matthew Lempriere is BSO’s Head of UK, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Matthew is spearheading BSO’s presence in these three regions to continue our growth trajectory.
Matthew brings a wealth of commercial, sales, client management, product development and marketing experience to BSO, with 30 years in the finance and telecoms industry. He had a successful career at BT Radianz and built and led Telstra’s Financial Services division. Matthew also holds long-term working relationships with some of the world’s largest financial institutions and within the high-frequency trading community.
David Gaul is the Director of Service Assurance for BSO and he is responsible for the customer experience of the services we provide. His career has included leading IT & telecoms sales and operations with Vodafone, Nokia and NSN and has worked across the globe especially in emerging markets.
David has a passion for building and mentoring highly-effective and diverse teams to ensure that the culture of the teams is aligned with the customer needs. Whilst efficient and effective processes underpin consistency in the customer's experience what truly differentiates is the culture that drives the willingness to innovate, the drive for excellence and to go the fabled extra mile on behalf of our customers.
Wilfried Joseph is BSO’s Finance Director and heads up the company’s global finance teams. He joined BSO in 2009 and is based in Paris.
Wilfried is responsible for global budget forecasting and management, providing regular reports to the board. He is also responsible for the legal arm of the business, collaborating with the company’s law firms and auditors. During his 12 years at BSO, Wilfried has guided the organisation through impressive growth.
Wilfried has 23 years of experience in finance, including roles at Fidel SA (LU) and Synthex-Emargence, a chartered accountant company.
Wilfried studied at the Institute of Enterprise and Financial Studies (IGEFI) in Paris and is passionate about cheese and cooking.

Gaspard is responsible for BSO’s ERP department including specific developments as well as integration and reporting within the group.
With a Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering, Gaspard worked as a Quant within a high-frequency trading trading firm and started a fintech company focused on providing social media quantitative analytics for the financial markets.
Gaspard joined BSO in 2016 and participated in the early stages of the ERP project and BSO’s transition to a fully integrated group with more than 15 local entities. Appointed Project Director in 2018, Gaspard has been focused on delivering core business developments within the ERP as well as ensuring information flow and processes across all departments.
As PMO Director Ian is responsible for driving the team that delivers within BSO. The PMO team is spread across several countries and timezones and implements both customer orders and changes, as well as all complex projects to fulfil operational development across BSO’s product set.
A committed champion of customer delivery, Ian's experience in both the Financial Services industry and delivering network and managed solutions spans 25 years across BT/Radianz, Atrium Network and TMX Group.
Nicky Khiara is BSO's Global HR Manager. She is responsible for driving organization-wide talent management and HR program implementation.
Bringing her extensive international experience, Nicky comes with a trail of record successes achieved within start-ups and medium to large-scale organizations, where she successfully spearheaded everything from performance management plans to designing employee wellness programs. Hardworking, results-oriented and with a genuine interest in devising strategic people-centric solutions, Nicky has worked with multicultural teams spanning 20 nationalities in over 50 cities.
